Non-Returnable Items

  • Sample and Clearance Items: These are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  • Used Items: Any items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or you discover a defect upon receipt, please contact us promptly via our designated “Contact Us” page or email dee@apinz.com. We will work with you to assess the issue and, if appropriate, may offer a repair or replacement, based on stock availability. Refunds are generally not available but may be issued at our discretion if no replacement or repair can be provided. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a reasonable period, given the product’s intended use.
